Warranty information:
EPE stands for excellent quality and value for money, we promise that up to 36-month warranty policy. For particular agent brands we sell, the manufacturer's warranty will be provided worldwide, but due to geographical restrictions and/or brand policies, for other brands, the official warranty may not be available in some country.

Manufacturers' defects mean flaws or defects arising from the manufacturing process and non-conformance to the manufacturer's standards set for the particular product. In the context of eyewear this usually refers to defective hinges, welding points, discoloring etc. Please note that manufacturer's defects DO NOT include design defects which are attributable to the product design rather than the manufacturing process. Manufacturer's defects also DO NOT include damage or harm arising from product misuse or accident or your own usage of the product.

We offer up to 36- Months warranty against all manufacturer's damage and defect aims to cover all scenarios without exception. Commitment and customer satisfaction are our 1st priority, after sales service is committed to this. Usually, we are able to efficiently resolve defect issues by offering replacements or replacement parts free of charge. Even damage to frames or lenses caused by day to day wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee, our service consultant are also welcomes you to connect us to share what I can assist.

If you experience a product defect that does not result from your own misuse of the product then we will happily provide:
Repairs, spare parts or replacement
Exchange or refund (without used and within 120 days from buy date)

Product defected from you received or damaged?
Eventhrough the damaged or defected was casued from Manufacturers' defects or courier, please contact us and please send us the defective photos together with your order number, simply contact us by email, we will provide you with a return form specifying the procedure and our return address. We will also compensate you for any shipping costs in returning the eyewear to us, however you need to provide us with a valid postage receipt.
