Through our laboratories, professional personnel and internal storage framework stocking, we do not only provide you with high-quality glasses, but also provide fast processing service and ship them to you in the shortest possible time - all over the world.

We are using shipment of top international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, SF, UPS, region post and others. To ensure your order arrives on time, choose of shipping provider depends on Shipping type as well as location. Below are information for shipping & delivery details.

  1. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to all destinations (where applicable).
  2. All International Shipments will be sent with duties and taxes to be paid by the recipient. Duties will be assessed by the importing country based on current laws governing imports. Some countries may need to pay a certain import tax. For example, some European countries require CSC.
  3. Due to the time difference, Delivery standard is only applicable to post items which are posted before the cut-off time for posting on the posting day and calculated in accordance with the actual working days in the destination concerned. The date of posting is excluded. (Day of posting = 0)
  4. The cut-off time for posting varies with post office. The delivery standard of some post offices will take in addition one more working day.
  5. Items may be subject to Customs inspection and duty (if applicable) in most destinations. The time required for customs clearance is not counted in the delivery standard.
  6. Remote addresses might take at least 1 - 10 or more days extra according to the location and transportation method.
  7. Sundays and public holidays are excluded for the purpose of determining the date of posting for all mail items and for performance measurement under the performance pledges.
  8. Mail delivery may be delayed if customer does not provide the relevant postal code, or the postal code provided is invalid. In these cases, the longest time required for delivery in the destination will be adopted as the delivery standard.
  9. The delivery standard for parcels are for reference only, as they cannot be guaranteed.
  10. We gladly ship to international and APO/FPO addresses on all brands and models purchased. International deliveries usually require the same amount of time as deliveries within sender regional.
  11. Packages cannot be delivered to military bases and some islands via express!
  12. Express courier cannot ship to PO Box. Please enter a physical shipping address instead, or the delivery time will take much longer than the estimated time.
  13. When you received products of damage, please contact immediately to our Customer Service department. We will work to get you a new pair of glasses replaced.
  14. If your package is lost during transit, we will reissue the glasses or provide a full refund. We are committed to protect your purchase.
