We accepted for any reason or reason to offer exchange any product(s) at EPE you must do so within 120 days from the date on which you received your order. Hence, if you need to send any items back for exchange, the following rules must apply for the product(s) that you would like to exchange:
- Please contact us via email and complete the exchange form, indicating clearly on the receipt which particular item(s) you would like to exchange, and send the item(s) back to us by courier with the corresponding receipt to the following email: contactus@eyepickexpress.com
SPECIAL Exchanges Note: Do not return your product(s) without first contacting our customer service team. We will provide you with a specific exchange address. (Exchange should not be sent to the shipping address listed on the parcel)
- The product(s) MUST be returned unused condition, with all the original packaging and with all the authenticity tags and manufacturer seals still attached.
- All exchange product(s) are inspected on arrival and exchanges will NOT be issued if the product(s) are not in new and original condition.
- Please ensure that product(s) are returned to us via "signed for delivery" and a certificate of posting is obtained. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the exchange process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure.
- When we re-ship an exchanged product(s), we will not charge additional re-shipping fee(s).
- The shipping charges of your original order are non-refundable.
- We accepted for repeated exchange product(s), you must do so within 120 days from the date on which you received your first order.
- For exchanges, return shipping from our office to your door will be sent via standard shipping at no extra cost to you. Only valid for countries where standard shipping is applicable. If standard shipping is not available to your country, you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee. Please see our “shipment” page for a full list of countries.
- Repeated Returns
We do monitor the number of exchange made by customers, and repeated returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of EPE shall be final and conclusive.
